The festive season
Old beams, real fires and a proper Yorkshire Christmas
There are few better places to spend the festive season than a seven-hundred-year-old inn with the fires lit. Whether it is a works do, a family get-together or a quiet drink after the shopping, we will look after you.
Our Christmas specials menu is served throughout December alongside the usual menu. Two courses are £24 and three are £28, with festive sandwiches and loaded fries if you fancy something lighter.
- Christmas specials Butter roasted turkey roulade or a nutless seed roast with all the trimmings, breaded brie or pigs in blankets to start, and Christmas pudding with rum custard to finish.
- Festive light bites Turkey, stuffing and gravy ciabattas, bacon, brie and cranberry, and festive loaded fries for a quicker lunch.
- Christmas opening times Open Christmas Eve, closed Christmas Day, and the bar open from Boxing Day through to New Year. Full times below.
