Who is responsible for your data
The Old Bridge Inn, Priest Lane, Ripponden, Halifax, West Yorkshire, HX6 4DF, is the data controller for the personal data collected through this website. That means we decide what is collected, why, and how long it is kept, and we are the people answerable for it.
We do not process personal data on behalf of other businesses, so we are not a data processor and there is no processing agreement for us to offer you. This page instead sets out the suppliers who handle data on our behalf, because those are the companies your information actually passes through.
Who processes data on our behalf
These suppliers are our processors. They act only on our instructions, may not use your data for their own purposes, and are bound by written terms that require them to keep it secure.

Bookings and enquiries
When you book a table or send an enquiry, the details go to Foodigram and are stored in our database. Only our own staff can see them, through a password-protected portal that requires two-factor authentication. They are not sold, rented, or shared for marketing.
Data leaving the UK
Our database is hosted in the European Union and our website is served through a global network. Where personal data is handled outside the UK, it is covered by the safeguards UK data protection law requires, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep things
Retention periods for each kind of record are set out in our privacy notice. In short: enquiries are deleted twelve months after they are resolved, website measurement data after twelve months, and newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.
